The talk was moderated by Ambassador Yuriy Sergeyev, Senior Fellow & Lecturer at Yale and Former Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations. The discussion focused on managing the current challenges to peace and security in the Western Balkans and in the South China Sea regions.
