The 2018 Canvas @ Yale Lightning Talks was held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at the Center for Teaching and Learning in Sterling Memorial Library. This event is an annual event providing the opportunity for educators and support staff to share with their peers and show how they use and support Canvas. Julia Titus’ presentation will demonstrate how she integrated Canvas Quizzes tool in my Beginning Russian (Russian 110/120) and transferred all of the course testing from pencil and paper format to the web. Julia will discuss many benefits of the online testing format, and give examples of weekly vocabulary quizzes and unit tests.
