Kathleen Keefe is a MA in Global Affairs student at Yale’s Jackson Institute. She joins REEES from the international development sector, where she managed the implementation of USAID projects in Eastern Europe and Central Asia that promote land market development and support the growth of small and medium agricultural enterprises. Kathleen served as a Fulbright English instructor in Khabarovsk, Russia from 2012-2013 and, prior to this, worked in domestic policy evaluation. Kathleen graduated from Wellesley College in 2009 with a double major in political science and Russian. As a graduate student assistant with the European Studies Council and REEES, she looks forward to supporting Council events and programming.
